The folks at Milo.com have put together a visual dedicated to the art of negotiation in a new era. Utilizing a 2012 survey by CreditDonkey to discover how shoppers feel about businesses that are open to haggling, the graphic notes that 64% of shoppers appreciate when an owner is willing to negotiate on pricing.
When asked how much a shopper usually saved when haggling, close to 33% of respondents noted they saved about 10% when they haggled, and a majority of respondents noted that they were satisfied with a savings of just 10%. Here?s a complete look at the survey:
